this is my absolute favorite, it has very few carbs and packed full of earthy flavor (120 calories and 18 grams of carbs) for sandwiches or baked as chips, who could resist?

These are delicious and very filling. Make sure you note the serving size is 1/2 a loaf. Peace, c

delicious. i think it's better than regular/whole wheat pita as it's more moist
yes i agree with brooklyn, i recently tryed the whole wheat pita and noticed it was more "tough" the soy one is very moist and light, i'm switching back next week

These are super yummy if you warm them in the microwave or bake them in a toaster oven and then spread some hummus on them. This makes a great healthy snack and it is filles with soy protein.
