Absolutely delightful with a cup of tea and perfect for entertaining (try sticking them into ice cream or mousse cups) Just the right crispiness too! A genuine lemon crispness, not the fake, overly sweet stuff that tries to pass for lemon. I can't decide which I prefer, these or the ginger, so I find myself eating cookie after cookie trying to come to a decision. :-)

Tart and sweet with an airy crispness, these cookies are dainty and delicious. Just be careful, they're quite easy to eat and forget how many have been consumed!
