High Fiber Os

★★★★½
Very inexpensive and nutrition-packed choice for a high-fiber, low-sugar, cheerio-like breakfast cereal. At $2.49/lb it is an enormous value over virtually any other national brand alternative. Great choice for health-conscious choice for frequent cereal eaters, just sweet enough to eat on it's own (even for kids) or with a little honey. Greet with banana slices.

These have great nutritional value compared to mainstream options. The flavor is subtle. The texture is denser than regular "O's". Good as a dry snack as well.
With a name like High Fiber Os, you might think that it would be dense, hard, crusty cardboard sweetened with a hint of molasses. However, these are not so! The subtle sweetness and the light texture make these great for yogurt, milk, or snacking on its own.
Sweetness:
More than regular Os, less than honey nut Os
Texture:
More granular than regular Os, lighter than fiber/bran cereal
