Chicken Patties with Four Cheeses Spinach and Artichoke
Purchased at Grant/Swan Trader Joe's here in Tucson.

Two per package; 8 oz. total; fully cooked. 200 calories per patty.

These are quite tasty and quick to prepare. They are loaded with flavor from ingredients such as Asiago, Feta, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, roasted onions and garlic, parsley and pepper.

I prepared mine by browning in olive oil (they are pre-cooked, so you really just have to brown them to your liking). I then removed the patties from the pan and in the remaining olive oil, tossed a few handfuls of fresh spinach until wilted.

In the meantime, I heated some TJ Tandoori Naan in the oven, which I lightly buttered before folding a chicken patty (cut in half to fit the bread) and spinach.

These were quite juicy on their own, and no condiments were needed. Some sliced cucumber and/or onion might be a nice addition.

A very savory, Mediterranean tasting meal in less than five minutes! These will definitely be on my regular shopping list.

Hi -- we found them in the prepared meats area of the refrigerated section -- i think they were fairly close to the bacon and such. But you should just ask to be sure if you can't find them. Our closest TJ has really been moving stuff around so sometimes it's hard to locate anything.

I liked these more than my husband did. Easy to prepare, but he didn't like the chopped-meat texture of them, and found the flavor a bit odd. Rats! I wanted him to like them!
